What happens
Two weeks before
I interview each leader for 30 minutes. You find out what your team actually thinks the priority is before you are all in a room together.
The day
A full day, in person or remote, working through the five questions with the whole team. I facilitate; you participate as a peer, not the boss.
After
A one-page scorecard, a written summary, and a 30-day check-in to see whether the team is actually grading it.
